Services Provided
-Scope of Services: Indie home styling offers home styling and design services, including but not limited to interior design consultations, space planning, furniture selection, and decor recommendations.
-Custom Solutions: We provide personalized styling solutions tailored to your specific needs. The scope and details of these services will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
Appointments and Consultations
-Scheduling: Appointments for consultations and services must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time and date.
-Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 1 hour hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of Rs.50.
Fees and Payment
-Service Fees: Our fees are based on the services provided and will be outlined in your service agreement. Additional costs for materials, furniture, or other expenses will be communicated in advance.
-Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept credit cards, bank transfers,Upi,Cash on delivery. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
-Access: You agree to provide us with access to your home or the designated areas where our services are to be provided.
-Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your preferences, budget, and any other relevant details necessary for us to provide our services.
Intellectual Property
-Ownership: All designs, plans, and materials created by us remain the property of Indie home styling until full payment is received.
-Use of Materials: You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our designs or materials without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
-Disclaimer: Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of our services.
-Lability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indie home styling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
-Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate our services if you breach these Terms or fail to fulfill your obligations under the service agreement.
-Termination by You: You may terminate our services by providing written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the date of termination will be due and payable.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or otherwise communicating to you.
